The recipe for this light and fluffy banana pudding, given to us by family friend Melinda Sutton, made for a scrumptious summer treat when our children spent days on end playing together.

Vanilla instant pudding mix, 5.1 oz.
2 cups milk
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Cool Whip, 12 oz.
Several large bananas
1 box of vanilla wafers

In large mixing bowl, beat the pudding mix and milk with electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the Eagle Brand milk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Layer bananas, pudding, and vanilla wafers ending with a layer of vanilla wafers.
