2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and quartered
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. orange juice
¾ c. sugar
¾ stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Simmer together orange juice, sugar, and butter. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Wrap each apple piece in a crescent roll, and place in a deep pie plate. Cover with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
